Leadership Passage is a trademarked marketplace seminar on Character, Talent, Trust,

Teams and Courage. Burchfield is coordinating international leadership training for LifeShape International (www.lifeshape.org) in the Caribbean and Latin America. He currently serves on the Presidents Executive Board of Milligan College. Burchfield received a four-year appointment from Governor Bill Haslam in 2015 as an Executive Board Member of the Tennessee Department of Labor. Burchfield is a 1974 graduate of the University of Tennessee, where he received his

Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing Education. Burchfield received six Executive Certificates in Global Leadership from Thunderbird School of Global Management in 2013. Married for 44 years to Molly. Four children: Drew, Jessie, Jamie, and Mary Grace. Five grandchildren Isis, Weston, Walker, Rhodes and Ty.
